DAVIS, C. J. -- In an action for wrongful death brought under the Florida statute, W. C. McRobers, plaintiff below, for the alleged wrongful death of his wife, recovered a judgment against the defendant, Florida East Coast Railway Company, in the sum of $22,500.00. Writ of error brings the case to this Court.
