I’ve cooked 10 of the recipes in the last three weeks. Each one has been easy to cook and loved by family and friends. Just the other night I saw a sale on short ribs on my way home from work and bought them because I knew I could cook them up relatively quickly- which I never could’ve done without a electric pressure cooker. Lastly, I have several friends who are vegan. A number of the recipes happen to be vegan. They’ve raved about the two dishes I’ve cooked for them.

Love this book so far. The only problem I've seen is the recipe for Boeuf Bourguignon, which was a major draw for me, doesn't show up in the index. It's in the book, right after Osso Bucco, but because it's not in the index you can't use a short cut link or bookmark the recipe.
