A well written story that sums up the praise I have for this book. Can’t wait to read the next 2 books.

I liked the story, but feel I was misled to think this was an actual book with an ending, only to find out it’s just the first part of a longer story. Thus the rating of 3.

A typical country girl goes to the city and makes it big. Not always honestly but then conscience catches up with her and morals become important again. Happy ever after wins out . Sonja Stover Bracey
