Netgalley for an honest review. This MC romance novel had angst, alpha male, strong heroine and was very hot!!! Our hero is Blue who has been away from the MC Deacon's for ten years. He's back to find out who murdered Priest,the former president of the MC. When he left, he also left his best friend behind who he never forgot, Alice. Alice our heroine has to be one of the strongest heroines I've read in a while. She beautiful, independent, but also a women who experienced a lot of hurt. She Love Blue and was heart broken when he left the MC. After ten years these two meet up again and the chemistry and sexual tension between these two jumps off the pages. We have some hostility between the two the first couple meetings due to some misunderstandings. Alice joined a rival MC in the years that Blue was gone and now works in a Motorcycle shop. Blue was a great hero who was totally alpha (be warned) but also sweet and caring. He was protective and determined to win Alice back. They decided to work together to try and find out who murdered Priest. This was an intense, sexually charged read. These two characters played off each other well and the development of the relationship was excellent. Well written and fast paced. You reconnect with some of the characters from past books. I have to say these authors have done an excellent job in connecting and continuing the story.
