Zero stars, did not like! His theory is over-simplified, and very little of the book is actual content. Most of it is pure filler to try to sell you on advice that is incomplete and full of holes!

Great book. Had me hooked!

I purchased from Apple Books and with the layout, it felt like I spent every few pages reading testimonials; like being inundated with ads/commercials during a TV show - it affected the flow. I would rate higher if the testimonials were grouped together in an appendix or removed completely (with a link to read them online).

Highly recommend.
