I would consider myself a serious "hobbyist" with respect to photography, I have great equipment and center vacation, outdoor activities, and exercise around capturing great pictures of the moments we experience. This book is a great resource to reinforce fundamentals to strengthen my composition and science necessary to illustrate and express my art.

I found that this book covers the basics of photography and defines the new terms associated with using an digital camera. It's easy to read and is a basic stepping stone so that you understand the more in depth books on photography.
