  • Not worth the $$

This was embarrassing. Poorly written, full of typos and clearly not proofread- some sentences didn't even make sense. The author's shortened version clearly left out some major points as some paragraphs and even chapters seemed unfinished. Spend the money for the real book- you'll actually get something out of it.
  • Terrible!

My gosh, how horribly written this "book" is! There are so many grammatical errors, missing words, words such as "our" rather than "out" (her WP auto correct at work) that it's embarrassing to read. Sometimes it appears the author re-wrote a sentence but didn't read what she re-wrote so a sentence ends up being a jumbled combination of two sentences that make no sense. Little tip here: Hire a proof reader before self-publishing otherwise you come off as a hack. Which I think she is, by the way. I haven't read the "real" Wheat Belly but my advice to anyone considering purchasing this book is to spend the extra ten bucks and buy the original. The author of this one appears to simply be restating what she read out of that book but re-wording it so she can't be accused of plagiarism. (But she's darn close) She cites what the real author wrote about 20 times within the first 30 pages so it's obvious she did no real research herself other than reading the original book. Wish I could get my money back for this sham of a "book." Please don't buy it or you'll be lining the pockets of a scam artist.
