This book had it all; solid advice, humor and a unique perspective on grappling. I picked up a lot from this and from his other book, "The Lazy Man's Guide to Grappling" too.

As a newb to the BJJ scene, I have been looking for any instruction I can find to keep from getting tapped out so much every class. With this book, I feel well on my way. Solid advice through and through. Great book for beginners and experienced fighters. His style really makes the advice easy to digest. Highly recommend!
