This book is an excellent read - succinct and to the point with a dash of humor. This book is a must have for grapplers, especially for real world situations - work, travel, availability of sparring partners etc.... which can keep you off the mat, but still find ways to improve your game. This book offers a plethora of ways to keep your mind, body and spirit in the game, through drills, video, Jiu Jitsu specific exercises etc.... A must read for grappling aficionados .

This book had it all; solid advice, humor and a unique perspective on grappling. I picked up a lot from this and from his other book, "The Lazy Man's Guide to Grappling" too.
