Fears. Roadblocks. Bad habits. Sure it can help to understand why you have them. But it’s a lot bigger help to do something about them.

Do the tools and you will expand and have a better quality of life. That simple. The Tools is an amazing gift to mankind and the universe. It cuts through all the bs and prepares you for real life.

I used the tools and seen it worked in my life. I had already begun doing some things prior to reading this book but it's great to know what I am doing right now is in the right direction. It's a handbook that you will review over and over again.

I've had nothing but problems with this book. ALmost all of the pages are missing. I'm asking for a refund and will try in a different format (e.g. Kindle). The content that I could read was good, it was the iBook version that was the problem.

A great book to help you think about and deal with your problems on a more mindful way. Can get a bit preachy, but maybe if a "higher power" concept is new for you, it will benefit. (?)
