Admit it: we read Spenser for the dialogue and action. Even the hoop-de-doddle is worth it. All three present and accounted for in Pale Kings and Princes.

Another great Spenser whodunit. Good plots and action with a very satisfying ending.

Wordy version of a Rob't. B Parker good read. Plot line a little convoluted, slow to develop but interesting. Worth the time to read, but not memorable as Parker goes.
