Exciting new female PI Sloan Monroe is impatient, dogged, determined to get the solution! Excellent plot in NOLA, one of my favorite places to visit.

Not as intense as I was hoping for but a good read

A good, action packed mystery. The retired private detective surprised me in that she wasn’t more savvy about how to react to dangerous situations.

Another in the Sloane mystery series. A fun light mystery. Easy to read and follow but engaging enough to keep one invested. I especially the love the friendship between Sloane & Maddie. 2 women wrote the book together and 2 strong women characters working together to solve the mystery! Great story.

Great book. Finished it in one afternoon, could not put it down! Twists and turns, sadness and happiness, and a surprise ending. A must read!!
