When I started reading this book I could not believe my eyes! It was like the authors had an inside view of my life and the struggles that I’ve had all along the way. From the examples that they give for the way the ADHD non- neurotypical person will act on their impulses were all too familiar to my own impulses in the past 30 years! These doctors nailed the very things that I feel every single day of my 61 years. I was officially diagnosed as having ADD in 1991.
