Reviews

  • Good info, worth skimming

It’s helpful but jokes around way too much. Good information surrounded by filler. When you have a screaming infant that won’t sleep you also don’t have time for a self help book that won’t get to the point.
  • Must read!

Helped my little guy sleep independently at 4.5 months old. Can’t believe how easy it was to adjust his sleep associations at bed time, and now he puts himself to sleep. 10/10 definitely and must read for any tired parent!
