Wow!! This book is so powerful in so many ways. The introduction starts with a poem so beautifully written. I connected deeply to every single word of this poem & book.  
 I've never met Dr. Shefali, yet I feel like she knows all my deep dark emotions and feelings. It's like she was stuck in the same closet with me for years. She has a way of giving the right words to emotions/feelings/situations that I sometimes have trouble explaining in a relatable way. I love that she doesn't dumb down or dilute the information. Dr. Shefali boldly calls it out and explains the why beautifully.    
 Dr. Shefali has given me insight while empowering me to be more vulnerable and raw when telling my own story. Thank You Dr. Shefali!!
