Just as intense, just as personal, Drake is just as awesome. Continuing to go after the man that almost killed him several times, Matt Drake is back on the job, back in the Middle East, back in the thick of it. This time The Devil (Mr Suave) takes it more personal and Matt has to up the risk, up the vengeance, and up his game. I look forward to more but will miss someone.

I rely on posts from other readers to acquire new authors. Whenever I read a very good book I write a review. This was the second Matt Drake book I have read and both have been excellent. Action, story line, good vs evil. Well done.

Extremely well written. Taught pacing and excellent action with emotional depth aplenty. Binge read his two books while I was supposed to be studying but it was so worth it and I couldn’t put them down!

From the first pages until the end, this books grabs a hold of you and does not let go! Don has definitely proven that he is here to stay and has established himself at the top of his genre with his second book in the Matt Drake series. There are twists and turns that will leave your jaw on the floor. I thought his first book, Without Sanction was a terrific debut novel, but he has blown me away with this one. Awesome job Don!
