Stella and Steel has alway like each other but family’s feud has set the family apart. This story had adventure and also was the finale to this series. I hated this was then end to this series and hope that Cora Seton continue to base her stories in Chance Creek MT. Must Read!

A riveting book I couldn’t put down. I loved the book and all the characters from the previous books. I especially love the sly Jed and Virginia. Perfect HEA for all.

I so wanted to like Steel Cooper but in the previous books he made it very difficult. He certainly redeemed himself, and Stella Turner never gave up on him. He completely supported her decision to become a deputy sheriff and she believed in him simply because he asked her to. Cora made it very easy to root for these two. This was the perfect series finale!

She has known Steele for a long time and has felt an attraction for him but believes that being on the wrong side of the law is a deal breaker for her. Will Steele find the serial killer before another girl dies, will secrets be revealed, who will win the Founders Prize, will Steele and Stella become a couple and a secret relationship you didn’t see coming....what an amazing ending to this series!!
