Loved the story, the sense of adventure!! Well-developed characters, vivid descriptions

This book had stuck with me for months after reading it. It was a magical journey. The writing was captivating and transported me in a way that I’ve rarely experienced. It’s one of those books that feels like parting with a dear old friend at the end, and I walk away feeling changed.

Wow! I knew after I read Once and Future Witches that I loved her writing, but this? I just finished this book and I already want to read it again. She weaves the threads of storylines so well and brings them together perfectly. I LOVED IT.

I’m so happy I came upon this book! I thought about it during the day, trying to figure out how I could sneak in a few chapters. A true adventure with imagery so vivid and truly unforgettable characters and magical worlds that lead to anywhere!
