I really enjoyed this. Stopped using social media after reading it. Not because I was shamed or scared - because I learned how it worked.

Completely resistible book - in fact, probably not worth the money. Very strong opening, but the rest is a collection of old neuroscience / psychology anecdotes.

The time is now, get off your phone and start reading! This is a life changing book
